Lexus ES model won two awards

Lexus' new luxury sedan ES won the '2018 Best in the Class' award from Euro NCAP in the' Grand Family Car 'and' Hybrid-Electric 'categories.

The new ES was one of the vehicles that achieved high success in new test standards by taking 5 stars from crash tests. With the latest generation of Lexus Safety System + security, New ES offers advanced technology active and passive safety technologies. In the ES sedan model, 10 airbags are standard. Introduced by ES, the Lexus Co-Drive driving support system offers Level 2 Autonomous Drive, combining adaptive cruise control and lane tracking assistant.

A continuation of Lexus' more emotional and exciting design language, the ES will offer greater security, as well as greater breadth, performance, and high-quality workmanship in the class. The ES, designed on a completely new architecture, was designed as 65 mm longer, 5 mm lower and 45 mm wider than the previous generation. In addition, the axle spacing was extended by 50 mm and the vehicle was wider and more seated. With these new rates, ES has achieved higher driving performance. The new ES aims to reach a wider range of customers, particularly Europe.

Lexus adapts the Lexus Safety System + system to 99 percent of its models in Europe for its customers to benefit from high security technologies. With this award-winning hybrid technology, ES has proven its reliability as well as the high fuel efficiency offered by hybrid technology.
