The company announced that it will publish a statement on or about 20 September. It is expected that the size of public offering planned in London stock market will be 6.45 billion dollars. Aston Martin will be the first UK-based car maker to have been in London for many years after this public offering, including the sale of iconic brands like Jaguar, Bentley and Rolls-Royce, to foreigners.

Aston Martin sold 5,117 cars in 2017 and net profit of $ 244 million with a turnover of $ 1 billion. The company aims to produce electric cars under the Aston Martin Lagonda brand from 2021.
