It is said that the car's seats are designed with comfort-oriented design, and that the three seats in the back are also equal in size so that the middle passenger can travel comfortably.

The company is trying to reduce the noise pollution inside the double glazing and bonnet with additional insulation materials, the C5 Aircross also uses a carbon filter to increase the air quality inside the car. Citroen boss Xavier Peugeot who made a comment on the car; "The most comfortable SUV on the market. It brings a very different level to the definition of comfort in the segment. " The Citroen C5 Aircross, which measures 4.5 meters in length and 1.84 meters in width, is based on the EMP2 platform, like the PSA Group's other SUVs.

Available in 7 different body colors, alloy wheels in 17, 18 or 19 inch sizes, the model can also be purchased in 3 different color packages, airbumps and roof rails. The interior will feature 5 different trim parts. The Citroen C5 Aircross will position a touch screen on the center console with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and navigation systems. The car, which will also offer a rich range of assistant systems, can be purchased with systems such as a 360 degree camera, strip tracking system and adaptive cruise control.

The Citroen C5 Aircross's petrol Puretech engines will produce 130 and 180 hp power, which will offer gasoline and diesel engine options. The C5 Aircross combines the 130 hp option with a 6-speed manual transmission and the automatic transmission will allow it at the 180 hp engine. The BlueHdi diesel engines with 130 or 180 hp power will also be able to purchase automatic and manual gearboxes for the entire range of cars and diesel options. In 2019, the C5 Aircross will add to its product range a plug-in hybrid option with 4-wheel drive system, which will earn the title of the company's first plug-in hybrid car. Diesel and petrol options will not be offered with 4 wheel drive systems.
